Trying to log in to BOB World app but without success. When I contacted customer care, they told me that login problems were occurring due to technical issues. I am concerned about the security of the app and the apparent incompetence of the technical team, who have yet to resolve the issue, causing inconvenience to BOB customers. Please try to fix this as soon as possible.. Thanks

The app does not allow log in. It asks for OTP, but once I open SMS app to see the message, the BOB app goes to the opening screen again. Frustrated with several failed attempts to login since yesterday. Just a week ago, the app was working fine. Also, the online banking doesn't work 90% of the time. The OTP message reaches very late, by which time, the bank website is timed out. (What is the reliability of a bank who doesn't allow to use the money you deposit there?)

I have been trying to log in to the BOB World app for over a year now but without success. When I contacted the branch, they informed me that the login problem was due to technical issues.
