Imagine you want to setup an automatic mobile bill payment to an exact date of every month. You can't do it with this app. App requires a time period from us. But app doesn't allow to select starting date and the end date from two different months. When you select the end date on another month then starting date erases. There is no point of setting up a recurring payments for a period of single month. That period has to be years.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. To select the date range , please follow the steps below: 1. First, select the date you are planning to schedule. 2. Then click the arrow in the Month column. 3. Select the month you want. 4. After selecting the required month, click 'OK' to confirm the date range.

I updated the app today (April 13, 2026), and after the update, I started facing an issue when trying to make a transaction using a previously saved biller. It consistently shows an error, even though this feature was working perfectly before the update. This is quite inconvenient, as saved billers are a commonly used feature. I kindly request the developers to look into this issue and fix it as soon as possible. [Bill payment account number validation failed]

App was better functioning initially compared to B app. However now getting frequent multiple errors. For example with bill payments "Biller account number validation failed. please enter a valid account number" with app version 1.4.1.
