I am seriously considering switching banks. The Bank of Hawaii app has been unusable on Samsung phones for over three years. I’ve upgraded devices multiple times—same issue. This is not my account; I can log in on a computer. Samsung is widely used, so this is clearly your failure. A basic issue left unfixed for years raises serious doubts about your technical competence. I’ve gone to branches multiple times—nothing has been resolved. This is unacceptable.

payments to losns don't show which loan the payment is being applied to, so if an individual has multiple loans it's difficult to see where the payment was applied. you're expected to memorize the loan payment (which will fluctuate each month) as well as the loan number it would be much more helpful if we could make memos or notes for each transfer that we make online so that we have some reference or reminder to look back on. also we should be able to enable temporary SCREENSHOTS

This app is not functional at all now. Uninstall and reinstall and still no dice. Let me guess, you are using AI to check your code now and are working out the problems? This app has been glitchy for years: having to manually type in username and password only to be told to download a new update in the app store everytime you try to login. There was no update but you still had to do it everytime. Dumb! It won't even do that now, completely broken. You need to hire a competent app team.
