When logging in or even submitting a check for deposit the submit buttons are always grayed which makes me think the app isn't allowing me to login. If the button could switch to signify everything is ready to submit, would be a better visual que. Also I am unable to access the full account number and ABA routing numbers for giving the account out for transfers. Had to call BOS to see my full account number.

All in all a good app. They seem to have stabilized some of the glitches from the past. When there's an update it often turns off the fingerprint sign in/instant balance and that's aggravating to have to set back up. I do think they're a a little behind the times in adding the ability to check your credit rating and some other newer features. I've already used different apps for those things for years and like them so no reason to change.

July 2021 update Well a new version has arrived and it doesn't work on many Android phones. Like the previous time there is no response as to when this might be fixed. I am not giving it 5 stats because from Oct 2018 until Feb 2019 this app didn't work. My phone upgraded to android pie in Oct. After that update the app no longer worked. I was told that it was my phone and they had no idea when it might work. Sometime in Feb I noticed an update and it worked.
