I have no complaints, except that it is hard to log in when your connection is not excellent, but I suppose that cannot be helped.
Multiple attempts to install the app. Never worked. Now I cannot get to SPB because one must have the app to do so. Cannot install the app. Unbroken circle of frustration. I agree, time to get a new bank. Customer since 2006. :-(

Banked with them since I was in High school, ALWAYS been super helpful with everything!! Only reason I left was because I had a blood sucking leech draining my account and the only way to get him off the account was for me to close it completely. So that's what I did, I plan on reopening one very soon.
