App works great. I've never had a problem with it. The mobile website also works perfectly. The only difference between the website and the app is on the app you can deposit checks and sign in with your fingerprint. If those don't matter to you, the mobile site is probably more reliable. Either way good mobile access.

Just sits on loading screen and won't go to my accounts. I have tried using the finger print sign in and it says successful but just loads. I've tried the password sign on and get the same thing. I've reinstalled the app so many times. It will work once after reinstalling and that's it. When it did let me in its a very useful app. That's why I gave it 3 stars. Fix the sign in issue on the galaxy s9 plus and it's a5 star app.

Will not let me login telling me there is an error. Also will not load up 1/2 tue time says server is busy and not able to be reached or my internet service may be slow while i have all bars and all my other apps and internet works fine on everything else. About to change back cant even call the back of my card to get my balance. Keeps telling me to put last 4 didgits of my SSN number then press pound. I do that and it repeats itself over and over again.
