Having a VERY hard time getting to enroll for online banking .. spoken with three, tried their directions .. to NO avail. Get a notice of "error occurred.. call for assistance" LOVE the B of U, Mr. Thompson and clerks, always pleasant and helpful. Just a problem with this. Otherwise a 5 star rating !!!

It said error for two tries at depositing a check. Pictures were okay, but it wouldn't deposit. I went back hours later and it finally did take the deposit.

I am having a hard time with the app. I can't get into my account. For 5 days now I keep getting the same message. "The mobile banking application is experiencing issues. Please ensure you have the latest version of the application, check your network connection and try again".
