Do NOT bank with BofW. This app is mostly functional, but can't fix their broken banking system. You WILL be signed up for Overdraft Protection, even if you specifically request not to, and they have a multitude of excuses about why turning it off didnt work last time (my favorite was the different "types" of overdraft protection, and that not all of them were off). Scam.

I frequently encounter issues where pending transactions don't show up and previous transactions show a negative balance being carried. Other than transferring funds between savings and checking, this app isn't very useful I used to use the app regularly and it worked pretty well, pending transactions showed correctly and I rarely had any other issues outside of schedules maintenance. There aren't really any alternative apps, so I am considering switching banks because of this app.

Love the new look and feel. I also love the new features... Cardswap for easy switching of payment methods with my subscription services using my Bank of Washington debit cards, such as hulu, netflix, disney, etc... The PayPeople is AMAZING!!! And I really love my financial overviews. Super easy!
