I liked the old app better. I can't even see all info on tabs and transfer info. just shows partial numbers. It is very frustrating. The old one worked better. It is easier to go to the website and navigate. It crashes a lot also. NOT sure why we always have to fix things that aren't BROKEN!!!!! You say better but it's worse. It doesn't help efficiency at all.

the new app is far slower than the previous with fewer features. There is no longer immediate updates to your balance after transactions from payments going in or out. Being able to open the app to only check your balance is no longer available and you must log in to do so. The widgets that allowed you to have your accounts available to view from your homescreen is no longer available as well. While not necessary from a usability standpoint its also a shame this app is also uglier. all around 👎

The forced update/new app has somehow resulted in Zelle becoming inaccessible. The quick links option and the button on the bottom bar give the same result: A white screen comes up with the X at the top right corner. That's it. Please fix this! Update: Now I get an error message and the app crashes completely. My phone has given me alerts saying the app crashes frequently and needs to be put in sleep mode.
