The worst in Customer Relations Don't ever expect this company handle any of your business that may involve errors or fraud. They put the blame on you and they lie just to make their job easier. Be aware and always check your balance. You will loose your money.
Horrible customer service My card was stolen. I reported it immediately and have been waiting almost a week to even hear about my funds being returned. It was a whopping 80 bucks and they sure got my card out to me asap but I'm starting to assume they aren't going to issue the refund. They have been very unhelpful. Makes me sad because we are now looking for a new bank due to this and the fact that there still aren't joint accounts.
Soso The card is cheap, it won't read half the atms or other POS terminals. My rant yesterday (LoL) ended up needing to be named on the DDOS attack we went through. But the card is flimsy, or rather, just not as good being read
Active hours I only got this card because. Another app called active hours reffered me to this card so can i use this with that app and do this card have overdrafting as well and if so how much is the most i can overdraft and what are the penalties?
Best online banking there is.. Aside from lacking Android Pay support.. Simple is a fantastic bank providing services that far surpass other banks.
