Everytime I open the app it asks me for a login again instead of remembering I've already set up a pin number or touch ID to unlock my account. I shouldn't need to have a text verification and reset my pin and touch ID everytime I want to log in.

Tried to sign up. Asked me for verification photo. Sent a copy of my SS card, said they couldn't read it, resent another pic 5 days ago. Nothing since then! Tried to contact customer service on their site and after logging in takes me to a static page saying thanks!? Tried calling and instantly put on hold. If this is the best they can do getting people signed up (we all know that companys spend more money on adquiring customers than on service), can't imaging what it will be if/when I have a problem!!! Used to be an awesome bank alternative, but the list of complaints are growing and now I understand why.
Customer service is tanking. I've been a customer since 2015... And customer service isn't what use to be. Twice now I called and they said to reply to the support chat with anymore questions. And so I did. And when I did they sent me a message about closing the chat instead of answering it
