Applying for This account is one of the best things I've ever done for myself. I'm not a good checkbook balancer, and with Simple There's no way u can overdraft ! I've had the account for almost 2 years and they haven't charged me a dime. And their customer service is the most friendliest and helpful people ive ever dealt with on the phone ! All Free !! The safe to spend widget doesn't update. Also, I hit refresh and nothing happens. My data is working.
Uninstalled it. After signing up on the app. When I click submit it wouldn't submit logo keot turn and after a minute ask for password again. Waited a day to try again and when I clicked on app it wouldn't open up and when it did, it just showed logo.
Awesome bank best bank I ever had and it's (Simple) the only only thing is there is no checking :( and Auto saving
Needs quicker direct deposit
I have had this account for more than a year. I use it for those services that demand autopay mostly. My only gripe is with the amount of time it takes to transfer money from my credit union account to simple. 3 days is nuts I don't buy any explanation other than they make money on the float between when they get it and I can use it. I understand that they must make money somehow but I feel what amounts to a 3 day hold is excessive. Everything is done by computers these days there should not be so much lag.
