No customer service at all. Calling or messaging the so called support team does nothing. Would love to work for their customer service. I'm great at ignoring people's messages and not answering the phone!!!
For the first time in my life I'm paying up debts and saving money and I owe a lot of the credit to Simple. It allows you to have instant eyes on your cash and know exactly how much you can spend without throwing off your budget.
Buggy app. It logged me out for no reason and even though I've reset my password 4 times it doesn't recognize any. Also reset my username and it won't let me in. This app has my money. Once I can get in I'm cancelling. No financial app should act like this.
Like the app. Good 2nd account for tracking other spending (I use it to control my funds available for eating out and lunches). All stars removed for lack of Samsung Pay support and flat out refusal to support it. EDIT: I've been asking for Samsunt Pay for almost a full year and there has been zero change in the response. "Looking into it."
Love the app, love the people! They're always so friendly- customer service that is. The fraud team however, are stuck with millennials, evidently you're supposed to take pictures of everything or it didn't happen..worthless and pathetic. But everything else, direct deposit etc amazing! Make a purchase it instantly shows on the app I love that.
At first I was really unhappy that Google decided to stop supporting the Google card, however, they recommended Simple as a replacement and so far I am extremely pleased! The customer support is just fantastic and I love the "Goals" methodology for saving up money for whatever. The application also allows you to block the card from being used to give you complete control over how and when it can be used. Check deposits are also extremely easy to do. New features are further proof that customer service is #1
