Great on phone. Why no tablet support? It works great on my HTC Thunderbolt. I am able to see and interact with my transactions just like the iOS app. I have to wonder why it is blocked from working on Nexus 7.
Finally added recurring Bank transfers...Finally!
Seems pretty cool. Easy to set up and gives all the basics without the fluff. I am wondering if there is plans for PayPal integration? I would love to be able to transfer funds from PayPal to simple directly, without having to go through a middle account. A+ if PayPal gets integrated... Megahit!
The budgeting features are pretty great. The other simple account features are decent, the card looks nice, and it'll serve most banking needs. You do want to be aware this institution does not offer overdraft protection and transfers from another bank take 4 business days usually. My biggest frustration (pretty much the only one) is that I'm not able to fully utilize the budgeting features and tracking because it doesn't work with Samsung Pay so I'm still using a card at another bank and will likely continue to unless a physical card is required. (This also adds unnessary shuffling of money between two institutions when I have the cash on hand already) Samsung Pay will move this to a 5 Star application for me.
Could not be happier using Simple! Probably one of the best decisions I've made in the past year was switching to Simple from Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo wasn't bad by any means, but Simple is next-level. The app is gorgeous, the support is fantastic, and the experience is amazing. I legitimately smile when using Simple. That's how much of an improvement it is over my old bank's movie experience. However, there is this weird bug where every time I get a notification from Simple it gives another notification for this purchase I made like 4 weeks ago. Kind of annoying, but otherwise my experience with Simple has been flawless.
At first I was pretty skeptical about simple. But then when I talk to their customer support they were always on point and ready to answer any questions I have. What makes them different as you can email them and they will answer you pretty quickly even after you got your account. Direct deposit is always on time which is a big plus for me coming from a different mobile Bank. Also I am in ChexSystems which means other Banks wouldn't give me another chance, thanks to simple I was able to get another bank account not worry about overdrafting or any other fees. Thanks simple
6/18/17 OnePlue 3T Haven't had any issues with the app or the company. Even was able to call them and have them write a couple treasurer's checks to companies for larger transactions for a mortgage. Very helpful customer service and intuitive UI. Keep up the good work, dev team!
