Love these guys gals Very nice bank to have. Once you get past the fact that there's no brick and mortar building to walk into, you realize why you didn't really need it anyway. Unless you regularly need money orders, cashiers check or wire transfers, you won't go back to regular banking ever again.
Best way to bank in this new modern Era. Love it! Skips the headaches of traditional banking. Love how my transaction appear right away and even tells me by sending me a message to my phone. Their customer service is awesome, friendly, and professional. They respond right away by email. Always willing to work with you, unlike traditional banks who only care about stilling your money. I love the fact that my money feels safe here. The only downside is must say, is the ability to deposit cash via ATM, but is a minor...
New Procedures Not as Great as the Old Ever since they transitioned to a new partner bank, pieces of my money have mysteriously disappeared THREE separate times with no trace. No logical reason from customer service as to why. UPDATE: Customer service was able to resolve this specific instance (not the previous). My best advice is to keep a running tally of all your goals and safe to spend each day
Can't use it I've uploaded my license more then 3 times now, waiting for it start the setup process. It just won't go through and there is no support for people who want to know what's going on because I'm stuck in the setup. All my friends recommended this app, but its been 2 weeks and I can't wait longer, switching to something else!
Beautiful app, disappointing bank. The app looks nice, but the bank moves money so slowly, I could just as easily mail paper checks around the country. They said switching providers would speed things up, but it still takes a week or more to get money into this account.
New app isn't as good The new version of the app is pretty much identical in functionality except it looks worse; the text isn't as easy on the eyes and it makes it much more unpleasant to use. As for the service, I love the goal features but deposits take much too long and there is STILL no Android Pay support.
