Overall the app has been pretty good and it has especially made setting up and making changes to the iDash much easier. however I'm only giving it three stars because a recent update has apparently made the app launch every single time my phone connects to a car's Bluetooth even when there's no device present. there's absolutely no reason to have the app open and running every time I'm in the car even in my truck where the bank's products are located.

App was working fine on my truck Android stereo screen unit. However, the most recent software update has changed the resolution screen size. Basically, it looks much smaller and does not fill up my entire screen. Pedal monster device works as advertised, and my heavy lifted truck can do burnouts now!

The banks app is mediocre at best and garbage on most days. I have an iDash Pro, which is OK but not worth the price, and this companion app leaves a lot to be desired. It's very clear that whoever writes their software for the app side does not use it for real. Firmware updates generally go well but settings, from this app, are never restored fully. Did you configure 6 specific pages for your truck? The app only restores one of them! You'd think Banks would know better. Hard to recommend!
