Ratings and reviews

Most recent update of this app is terrible, really laggy and glitchy and never works properly, very frustrating. The main issue I've been encountering is transfers between accounts, please fix - have almost been considering changing banks purely because of this terrible app.

The current average rating of 2.8 is truth. Problems with biometrics since update. Test your app. Get your act together. Ongoing. -had to uninstall/reinstall. Good thing I remembered my password. So I can still access MY MONEY! What a lousy experience. Consider putting bloat like "member matters" and all the feel good BLOAT programs on hold, in order to fund better software testing. Pretty lousy software for a financial institution. FAIL.

The app does the job and BankVic is a great bank to be with especially as they are B Corp Certified. I just wish the app was a little hit faster. When you do a bunch of back to back transfers, all those 1-5 seconds of loading after each tap adds up.
