The new App has got bugs. I don't like that when you set up quick balance, it shows up when opening the App its not safe. Why did you get rid of the 'swipe' feature? bring it back please. Also in this version, when transferring money using 'Pay Anyone' to other parties, it does not show the name of the other party's account after transferring, only shows as a transfer and amount. This is unacceptable as you cannot be sure you sent to the right person. Please fix these issues asap. Thank you.

There are a couple of oversights with the new app. 1. As another user mentioned — you can't find your external account numbers anywhere! Only internal acct numbers. I can't give my bank details to anyone for transfers or direct debits, so I now default to using bank accounts I have with other institutions to receive money. 2. You can't search transactions. 3. I have security and scamming concerns with the overly simplistic layout and design — there's no BankVic colour or branding anywhere.

Forced to update and now can't perform any task at all. Can't make internal or external transfers, use BPAY or OSKO or set up payments. Quick Balance doesn't work. The UI is ugly, clunky, unintuitive and requires too many clicks to get where you want to go. The text is also too small. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Just plain terrible. Oh... and you have to manually kill the app to securely log out. I could go on and on... 🙄
