Si pudiera, le daba -5 estrellas. No tienen atención al cliente y el teléfono que me pusieron para "ayudarme", no hay opciones de ayuda y los que atienden no pueden hacer nada porque ellos solo están para reportar siniestros. Cualquier opción de seguro es mejor que esta.

Incorporamos la funcionalidad de eliminar tu cuenta de nuestros Canales Digitales.
Nos ponemos a tu disposición en el correo soporte.app@banorte.com en caso de que estés en una situación en donde requieras ayuda, sin embargo, si decides utilizar la funcionalidad, podrás hacerlo desde el módulo Ajustes > Gestión de la cuenta > Eliminar Cuenta, conservando los derechos de los seguros contratados y atención al cliente en los canales tradicionales.
