while watching live feed warks fine, downloading events recorded fails almost always with previous versions this worked somewhat, but with latest updates it is impossible to view or download this is huge minus, as i am interested in auto captured events more than on live feed

App doesn't have everything needed to control camera. Says they support onvif and rstp but there's zero settings anywhere in the app, there's nowhere to find the IP address and Blue Iris can't locate it and they claim it works with it. Support says 24/7 but when I went to use it the message was no one is available, leave your email address and you will receive an email when someone is available. Don't know if the cameras are any good but the app is horrible.

The locks are nice but the software is pretty terrible. The worst is that if it loses calibration (which it often does) it can then refuse to try to unlock, even with a correct code. This could put someone in a very dangerous situation if they don't have a backup key available.
