You had such a great app and reward system and downgraded to this? Why? I have only used it twice, and I don't know if I will waste my time ever using it again. I'm 99% sure the first time I used it that I had a large cheese dip missing from my order, but I didn't get a receipt, so I didn't have any proof that I ordered it. The old app kept a copy of the receipt but not this trashy one. Also, I could pay from the old app, which made everything so much quicker and easier. I just don't understand.

I tried to place an order through the app and when you try to proceed to the payment screen and message pops up stating, "Error validating order". It did this when I was on the app and tried through the website. Since it won't let me place an order, I have to go with eating from another comparable restaurant - Chipotle.
