Lite version contains all options but only 10 low-quality themes. Full version contains 18 high-quality themes :

This wallpaper installs itselft on external storage (sd card...).

It downloads ( Have to uninstall... reinstall... ) but doesn't open or even show? Looked interesting ?

I downloaded this app and did not sees that it would come at such a cost. Fortunately you can uninstall it and return to normal speeds. I do not recommend this app to any galaxy nexus user

Well, the carbon fibre weave is cool but there is only one selection. So it is not so good but not bad.
