Can't log in. Everytime I do it say incorrect password. My password is correct, the app is ridiculous.
App is functional, but really needs fingerprint authentication.
High time to bring in fingerprint scan login.
Why would I want to download a separate app to make payments through my phone? I have a Samsung phone and have used Samsung Pay for everything, and I refuse to have to get another app. I tried to add to Android Pay, and no go. This is crazy. Should be allowed to use the apps that are already on the device and not have to worry about downloading something else.
What can I say, it's an app that works. It's nice to be able to pay your bill, see points balance, and the quick view is a nice feature too. UPDATE; as of 2/1/2017 this app has completely changed and went to garbage! It keeps stating that my correct password is imcorrect, then locks me out. Will not recognize my real actual correct password. Then, when forced to call customer service, THOSE a $%#@&s treated ME as if it was MY fault, or that I must have done something wrong. I attempted to explain to then several times what the issue was, and not only did they not listen, but then hung up on me as soon as my password issue was resolved. Rude, condescending ignorant A $$#%&@s uninstalled app as months later the issue STILL is not fixed.
