This app has ruined my love for Barnes and noble. Careful! Example, my payment is DUE 7th. Posted payment on 5th-HOURS BEFORE close time. Payment posted on 8th =late fee. Yay! Personnel are so uncooperative and disrespectful. I opened a new higher APR card for my big purchases(taekwondo classes,Christmas, school, plane tickets, vacation)because of my dislike of it's workers. Also the transactions are listed awkward. Go through the hassle-talk to their rude employees. The redeem points is faulty too.
Can't login. Fingerprint or username/ password. "service unavailable" ? Come on!!!
No push notifications?
I mean... It has basic functionality... But it is really lacking and seems somewhat shoddy. Fingerprint login turns off every so often. There is no way to get push notification alerts for your account, which is a HUGE missing feature.
The app worked great in the beginning. As many reviews have stated, it no longer accepts my finger print. Wants me to type in password every single time I log in now. Several emails to the developer have gone unanswered. Fix the app please! More and more phones have fingerprint readers. Update it to work! My Chase works, it can be done!
I get texted for transactions posted on my account on 1/22 log on to my account via this app, n it didn't show anything or amount of the transactions I texted for. So what is the point, and the text didn't even state where it's coming from, they need to learn lot from discover cards, that's why I've been using discover for 20 years
