Please enable the finger print sensor. Also, the new two step authentication process is a bit too much when you have to do it EVERY SINGLE TIME you log in. It deters me from logging in bc I have to perform the 2 step authentication every single time. Only do it if you're logging in from a new source.
This app is garbage. Gets caught in an almost impossible loading loop every time it is opened, and it is very difficult to force stop. Constantly asks security questions, even though the password process is required every time you get the app to function properly. I just log in through my phones browser...it's far easier, and actually works.
I have two different credit cards issued by Barclays, and when I log in via the website I can access both. But via the app I can only access one of the two, and it's the one that has been CLOSED for over two years. Worthless!! Fix your stupid app!
This is app is garbage. Every time I open it to log in, I get stuck in a loop of errors and I have to quickly close all of my apps and reopen it. If I didn't have another way to pay my bill I wouldn't use it. This is ridiculous.
The app is pretty slow and lacks fingerprint authentication despite it being available on the iOS version. Also this isn't directly related to the app but Barclay needs to get with the program and add support for Android and Samsung Pay.
The past few weeks, anytime I try to open the app, it goes through a long cycle of opening and reopening the login screen. It happens over and over for at least 5 minutes. Very annoying.
