Ratings and reviews

The Barclays app used to be good, but not anymore. Whoever messed around with it should be fired. Some screens can easily be read. Other pages the font size is way too big and you don't know who the charge is from. The scrolling feature doesn't work properly to view charges. I'd be better off getting paper statements in the mail again! You also can't redeem points on the app. You can only do so on the actual website. What a waste of an app. ...and yes, I do have Android 12 already on my phone!!

If you were under the impression that a financial institution could build a functioning app you'd be wrong. Stuck in a loop where it won't let me pay a balance until I update my contact information, which it automatically redirects me to. Updating contact info requires verification with an SMS code. After entering the code it kicks me back to the contact info page where NONE of the buttons work. Tried 3 times and this happened every time. Extremely frustrating, pls fix

Can't even log in anymore. I did really like the app, but now I just get "service is currently unavailable" when I try the regular login and when I try biometric. I've already had this problem before and had to remove the app and reinstall for the app login to work. This time removing and reinstalling the app didn't work. My android is latest version. Online help just told me that I could use my computer to log in. Gee, thanks. :/ Not convenient when I'm out and about.
