OK this app worked amazingly with my Samsung, but yesterday I upgraded to a P10 and that's when rock bottom was no longer the lowest place to be... It doesn't open anymore... Now I can't swiftly check my account... I didn't realise just how much I used the app... So I'm bitter sweet at the moment.. If this issue is fixed I'll give back the 5 stars lol
I've used this brilliant app for 2 years and enjoyed how it's grown making it my most essential app. Just upgraded my phone to an honor8 and now the app won't even open. I'm heartbroken. I'd rather change my phone rather than loose this app, (although contracted so that's a no no) especially now I'm using it for my business . Come on Barclays there must be something you can do.
The app is good and allows me to do my everyday banking and transfers easily. Unlike other users, I don't appear to have had any issues with it crashing or logging me out (yet). The only suggestion I would make is, it would be handy to be able to download a statement as a PDF to my handset so I can send it, through Wi-Fi, to my printer (as I don't always have access to a desktop or laptop).
This is just ridiculous. After the update it is not working STILL. Can you put this app together finally?? Because if not, than I am going to look after a new bank. I am waiting for months for an update, meantime every other apps were fixed, with almost weekly twice updates. Is this called a support and care about the customers and high tech knowledge? Because if yes, this is just simply not enough.
The reported bug below has now been fixed. Many thanks Barclays. the latest version looks to have lost the ability to transfer money between accounts that i hold. I have just reported this to Barclays digital. They tell me that there have been multiple reports of problems with the latest app update and they are working on a fix. I've used this app for a while now. I can carry out all the actions I need with my accounts. Transfers, payments and balance checks etc. All very easy.
This App is amazing, so good to have a do the important things so quickly! iwould of given a 5 star.. the reason for this is that i havent been access this app for about months now all it says is "Unfortunatly, Barclays has stopped." this issue needs to be fixed but its taking them forever.
