It's a shame when an app you rely on stops working, but unfortunately this has. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app about five times in the last three weeks as it works for a while then shuts down... Get free money off them as a security check so maybe a good thing.
It worked fine for a year, then all if a sudden I was unable to make a payment for my m ticket. Pingit saying it's not a problem on their site, having me phone First bus m-ticket helpline however it's not a fault on their site. My mobile provider told me to uninstall and Install Pingit which I've now done., with a lot of hick-up's along the way re-installing it again. Pingit help line does not seem to be trained properly. It's now wait and see. My money has been sitting in the Pingit account since Thursday without me being able to transfer it for my ticket.. I've now re-registered and I still can't pay for my m-ticket!!!!!!
It's awful literally been sent in a wild goose chase with the helpline . . .just passed from pillar to post and my money has disappeared and no one seems to know anything !
Used it all the time for a long time but now crashes every time I try to make a payment. Galaxy S4. Infuriating. Please fix it!
Downloaded the app and entered all my details but the account details shown were not mine! Tried deregistering and trying again and had the same issue. Wouldn't trust it. Stick to normal bank transfers.
This used to work albeit slowly but now every time I open your app it crashes! Nothing more to say!
• Pay for things online and in-app, wherever you see the Pay by Bank app logo – no need for card details
• Payments to Australia without a mobile number – you only need the person’s name and bank details. Payments to Commonwealth Bank of Australia customers can still be made using only their mobile number
Don’t forget: international payments are still fee free!
