NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ANDROID NOUGAT 7.0 usually a great helpful app and really easy to use. I'm sure they'll patch an update soon so it works with nougat so I dont think all these 1 star reviews are fair. in this day and age everyone just expects everything to work all the time immediately. it's completely free to use so no one has any reason to complain really.
Nougat compatibility Rather disappointed nougat compatibility is not there from day 1 after the nougat developer previews have been out for so long. If this and refusal to allow android pay to force use of their own app is a sign of things to come I'd rather use another service or perhaps bank elsewhere.
Good useful app New phone Alcatel one touch pixie 3. App wont even start. Seriously hacked off!
Not compatible with Android 7.0 Nougat Honestly Barclays. The developer preview has been available since March and now when Nougat is released, Pingit stops working. Very poor. This app is often more trouble than it's worth.
Stupid Stupid app won't let me register because they're requesting a transaction from a bank account which has been closed down absolute morons
Only good if others are with Barclays Can't send to specifically anyone's bank account number. Only to those who have Barclay's and are willing to go through all the steps to fully install the app can money be transferred
With this update, it’s even easier to receive payments – and to cancel them if you need to.
Plus, if your friends don’t use Pingit, they can now receive a payment. All they have to do is register within 7 days to collect it.
We’ve also raised the amount that you can send to £2,000 per day.
Want to send money abroad? You can use Pingit to send euro payments to 33 European countries – you’ll just need your payee’s phone number and IBAN.
