Easy to set up, app works well on phone. When first setting up I could add whatever amount I wanted but when refilling wallet couldn't add any less than £30. Using for weekly commute, all going well. Just need help in morning putting wrist band on as a bit cack handed ☺
Update: all working again :) Love this app, got a tag for my daughter to use so I can send her money. A nice addition if possible would be a way for her to check the balance without having to text me. May be add an option to send a message to another registered mobile number so I don't have to keep checking for her. As only other way would be to give her full access but that would allow her to add credit without my permission. Now just need all the shops to accept contactless payments.
BP019 ERROR when trying to register. Not a great first experience which is disappointing as I'm a regular user of the other Barclays apps which are great and quite embarrassing as a Barclays employee. Some more work needs to be done on this asap before Barclays loses more users of this system. Device: Galaxy S7 with latest Android update.
Why can't I set a target for top ups. I want to maintain 30 (the contactless limit) at all times. So if I spend a five pound 40.. add 5.40. Currently you can set a threshold and it auto adds a fixed amount meaning I spend 2 quid and it tops up 20 if that goes below my set limit. A target to top up too would be much more sensible!!
28 August: Using latest version. When I try and top up using the 'other amount' option, the 'top-up' button is greyed-out. Topping up using preset amounts works without a problem. Device is Huawei Mate 9 on Nougat. Edit: Same problem with my Galaxy S3 Tablet on Nougat.
Fabulous little wrist band and app. As a woman who usually has a huge handbag weighing me down, being able to have my wrist band on and only my phone in my pocket is amazing! It's the little things that make a difference to your every day.
