No longer works on the Honor 8 phone. Worked fine before the update but now won't open, as with mybarclaycard app. As it's something that is made to manage the top ups on the go it defeats the purpose of the app. Unless it's sorted sometime soon I won't continue with it. Bpay are making money from it yet not fixing their customers problems. It's not like I'm using a basic phone so don't see why they can't sort it out.

The app resets my credentials every update, when you want to register errors out. UPDATE: The latest version did not reset credentials any more.
11 April: Your reply today doesn't make sense. According to Play Store, there are no updates available after today's update. I can't check version number (you said install '1.6' ) because the App crashes on startup. Update April 2017: Using Android 7 but it STILL crashes on new Huawei Mate 9 immediately on startup. Having complained directly to Barclays about this, I am told that they are aware of the problem and a new version is planned for February (2017). Come on Barclays, get this fixed!
Fed up with this app not working. Will not be renewing my key fob.
I love this app. I have such quick and instant access to uploading credit . This is great for myself or when kids are using it on a school trips etc . Love it ! Uodate - i had mislaid/ lost my device ( my teenager had !) I didnt want to cancel it incase it turned up because its expensive to replace . I tried but failed to return money from wallet back to credit card. It is not easy to find out how to do it at all . I tried all FAQ but no answers. In the end i had to cancel it and now someone from bpay eventually told me how to return money to credit card but now money wont return and gives error code! All Staff away till Tues after Easter so cant get money back. If anyone else has this problem i hope they add it to FAQ but its a tiny arrow on wallet page - why is it so hard to do this ??? Have loved this device and app for a few years and used abroad but i think customer service is not as good as it was in the initial period when i got it and i think it needs to add more info on what to do if you lose or mislay device .
