I have a note 9 and it is crashing it is not working at used to work on my note8 what is going on here I need help with this app I need to uninstall it let me know please

I have re stared my phone and installed /uninstalled the app MANY times.. I BOUGHT a sticker pack and no matter what I try it doesnt download the whole pack.. Only ONE sticker from that pack. I wasted money on this and it won't even download the whole pack.

cute!!! wish it was easier to search for in texting app and floating icon het annoying fast if you have rhat setting on whould ne able to ajust settinf from that icon not have to go all the way in from main icon
