Currently unusable on tablet due to pop-up adverts, requiring closure and reopen the entire app every 10 minutes. It was a godsend before May, keeping 2 pensioners happy for hours - I appreciate some ads are necessary to fund online content but this is excessive.
Decent for having newspaper links but riddled with pop up ads. The direct browser link doesnt bombard you with ads like you have won a free iphone (aye right) so obviously loading the link within the app and also ads brougbt in. Best just bookmarking the pages you want.
Was a good useful app but now constantly pops up ad to tell me I've won an iPhone or galaxy. You then can't close the pop up without selecting another newspaper, losing what you were reading.
Loads of pop ups, not in the web version as the developer says and I can run through the the web version with no problems but get the same pop up in all newspapers through this app. Used to be very good but have now removed it.
Had it for years and years but these new pop ups have killed it. Impossible to read a page as have to full close down to get rid of advert
there is a 'you have won and iphone' or samsung s8 bug in almost every news story in the daily mail, i read half the story then get the scammy fake you have won an iphone screen that i cant get back from! if this carries on i will be uninstalling
- New newspapers: CNBC, Huddersfield Examiner, Hull Daily Mail, Leicester Mercury, Nottingham Post, Shropshire Star, Swindon Advertiser
- The ads appear in the pages of newspapers are owned by the newspaper itself and has no connection with our application.
