Stress is part of life - we need a certain amount of tension to be adaptable and efficient.

Just a few breaths using this app can lead us to more inner peace and serenity. With more relaxation and feeling for ourselves, we gain new energy for everyday life.
Use this app as regularly as possible and you will notice how good conscious breathing is for you. The positive memories of well-being are stored in the brain. With a few weeks of regular training, you may automatically switch your breathing to deeper breaths when you get stressed!
In addition to the breath monitor, the new version now also offers guided breathing meditation.
You can easily set the app settings for yourself as you like, and then gradually adapt them to your training success and your needs. Your settings will remain until you change them again.

Ich finde diese app wirklich gut und hilfreich. Einzige Kritik, mann kann bei Atemübungen unter Einstellungen die Dauer der Übung leider nicht verlängern, wäre es möglich, das zu ändern? Eine Minute istmir zu kurz.

Vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung. Liebe Natja, es freut uns, dass dir die App gefällt. Die Übungsdauer kannst du einfach anpassen. Hierzu erhöhst du die Anzahl der (Atem-)Züge im Einstellungsmenu, . Du kannst auch die Zeit für das Ein- und Ausatmen verändern und deinen eigenen Bedürfnissen anpassen. Wir wünschen dir Erfolg beim Üben.
