7 days trial is misleading, I have created my account on my desktop. Downloaded the app but could not see the content without adding a card. I did it through Google play. I have been charged twice, contacted customer support to receive a reimbursement. I have been told they could not do it, that I have to handle that with Google play. Google play of course doesn't want to reimburse me. So frustrated with this, I have cancel my membership. Barrys dropped the ball on this one!!! .

Philippe - I'm so sorry about that. Any charges that take place on the Google Play portal need to be handled by Google. We are, however, able to assist with any purchases made through www.barrys.com. I paid for the ondemad classes and I still don't have access to them. I have signed in and out of my account. Very frustrating

Hello Brenna! I'm so sorry for the frustration. We can sometimes see a delay of 24-48 hours from purchase to have your membership up and running, when purchased through the Google Play console.
