Can't even use the app at all. I've tried making an account a dozen times over the last 2 weeks. Tried entering all my prescription numbers (in order to make account) and it says it doesn't recognize the format. Tried entering in manually and using the camera scanner....so I can't make an account to manage my prescriptions. Makes the app just a waste of storage space at this point.

I like shopping Bartell. Staff very friendly and helpful. The store has quite a variety of products especially from the PNW. Don't like changes to app or maybe because I use to get the paper ad never noticed the ad on app is very small. I thought I could enlarge areas of the paper ad on the app with a flick of finger but I can't do that anymore. Have to touch each individual item to see it or possibly use magnifying glass?? Apps should be easier to use not frustrating. Disappointed.

This app has helped me stay on top of my grandmother's prescriptions. The Guest Login is my favorite feature - when I'm in a hurry I can get a prescription refilled in seconds. Only issue with the app is each action looks like it throws a scripting error. This "error" does not affect functionally but the script it throws, with any action, gives false failures. Willing to provide developers additional screenshots if they need testing assistance.
