Alfa requires both SMS and Call permission to provide our valued customer better experience within Alfa Mobile App.

SMS Permission: SMS permission is required for auto sense functionality of One Time Pincode on various transactions. This option helps our customer to avoid navigation between Alfa App & SMS Inbox.

Call Permission: In order to provide customers an option to initiate call to Bank’s Helpline within Alfa App.

Enjoying the new layout. After successfully adding beneciary and backing up to My Payees, the newly added Payee can not be found on the list. Subsequent attempt to add the same prompts 'payee already exists'. You must quit the app, relogin, to be able to see the new Payee. Sometimes there's more than one Payee. It gets really annoying. Considering the Alfa app doesn't always successfully login on first try. Which must be my phone. Clear cache. Classic. Do look into it. Thanks.

Navigation is difficult, few useless and irrelevant options such as shopping within bank app. Zero ability customise app navigation. Annoying popups such as register for raast id, can't turn off. Interface should be simple such as on home screen top show balance, below last few transactions couple of options to make bill payments and send money. Rest should go to side menu. Bottom tab navigation is outdated and limited. On positive side it's still a better option compared to other bank apps

Overall Application is good. I have some concerns related to User experience the app in dark mode is very bad. Text on balance card on top of the app is not readable. I wish i can attach ScreenShot for your reference. Same issue at different pages. It is kind of irritating some times that i can not see my balance / some text. Please fix this issue in your next update.
