SMS Permission: SMS permission is required for auto sense functionality of One Time Pincode on various transactions. This option helps our customer to avoid navigation between Alfa App & SMS Inbox.

Call Permission: In order to provide customers an option to initiate call to Bank’s Helpline within Alfa App.

Application is not fully compatible on Android 13. Developers its time to work and make it fully compatible with Android 13. Also in this modern era user interface of selecting profile photo is very poor and not user friendly. Please focus on its UI and make it more user friendly. Apps takes too much time to fetch data while switching between screens. Application UI is pixelated and the size of app is too big as compared to its functionality. Its a request to hire professional developers

App stucks at several points Keeps loading and then timeout. Many times there is no credit card option available, only apply now button. Bills dont get updated on time, take 1 to 2 days to get update. If we dont take screen shot while we did transaction, then there is no history of transactions option in the app other than statement. There should be something to see details of transaction. App is damn slow.

The app is crashing as soon as we open it for last 3 days and its unusable now. The team still doesn't have any ETA for the fix. ---- Due to app's mistake (which the bank acknowledges), one transaction (fund transfer) is done multiple times but even after multiple calls and complaints, they've not returned the WHT charges after 3+ months. A financial application shouldn't be this poor.
