Ratings and reviews

Enjoying the new layout. After successfully adding beneciary and backing up to My Payees, the newly added Payee can not be found on the list. Subsequent attempt to add the same prompts 'payee already exists'. You must quit the app, relogin, to be able to see the new Payee. Sometimes there's more than one Payee. It gets really annoying. Considering the Alfa app doesn't always successfully login on first try. Which must be my phone. Clear cache. Classic. Do look into it. Thanks.

"Major issues with Raast transactions after the latest update. I keep getting the error: 'We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.' None of my transactions are going through. The app also crashes frequently on my PTA-approved phone. This started right after the recent update. Very frustrating as I can no longer use the app for payments."

After years of using this app, all of a sudden, it needs my biometric, or CNIC upload. Maybe the bank has lost all this so they are getting it through the app 😂. Anyway, when I tried to perform the biometric, it didn't allow me the select left/right fingers or thumb. That option isn't working. So, in short, now you can't use this app at all.
