Bought the expensive System. Very disappointed to the App. 1. There is no refresh button on the app. The status of the device is not updated from time to time. You have to close then relaunch the app to get the latest status of the device. 2. Could you please keep a log of the activies of the system of the primary pump, back up pump, water level, battery charging etc? 3. Could you please add an option to use the app notification as the alert rather than email or sms?

The pump it's great, I have for a year now and NO issues at all, the app is fine, but will be nice if you could see the logs and history of how many cycles when throughout the day etc... when the battery is charging, but the most important thing is the Pump and that works great.

Needs an option to show actual numeric battery voltage and charging status. Also why is there no log or stats on number of pump cycles per day /week / month? Seems like the most expensive back up system is missing some very basic info.
