Basic4GL

Write games and programs in BASIC on your PC and run them on your phone/tablet.

It's free. All you need is a PC, an Android phone or tablet, and a USB cable to connect them:

1. Go to www.basic4gl.net/mobile and download Basic4GL Mobile (for Windows 7, 8 and 10).
2. Write something in Basic4GL's BASIC language, and run it on your PC.
3. Then when you're ready, compile it for mobile and copy it over the network to your phone or tablet.
4. Run the Basic4GL app and see your program come alive.

More specific instructions are at www.basic4gl.net/mobile

What's New

Added accelerometer support.
Use the AccelerometerRoll(), AccelerometerPitch() and/or AccelerometerTransform() functions to read the orientation of your phone or tablet.

Make sure to upgrade the Windows version of Basic4GL Mobile to v1.3.3 as well, so you can make use of these new commands.

Check out the "racegame" demo included in the Basic4GL Mobile demos folder for an example of tilt controls on Android.
