About this app

OurHerd is a community of people that have shared their lived experiences - real people, with real stories and what they have learnt along the way. It's a safe place to tell the stories that aren't alway heard. There are short-form videos and written stories about mental health, physical health, identity, relationships and all the things that life can throw at you.

Feel like you've got a story to share? Words of wisdom that could help someone just like you? That's awesome! We have a framework that helps craft stories. We're here to help you tell that story in a way that helps you and others who are going through tough times.

We love creativity and all forms of expression so create your story using video, music, art, writing and poetry...or even better a combination!
