Was trying to complete my profile, and couldn't go any further: You ask for two documents, but allow only one to be uploaded -- "new uploaded documents will replace the existing file" it says. How is that possible? Also, please make clear what kind of document you want. I love the simple-but-nice UI, but it's more important to the get the message across.

MyKad(Front) is for the front picture of your MyKad and MyKad(Back) is for the back of your MyKad. If you re-upload using MyKad(Front) for example- the previously uploaded picture will be replaced. If you are still in doubt please email us at ys@yayasansarawak.org.my and include your contact and personal details so that we could assist you.

I can't log in with my correct password and mykad. It did not bring me to the logged in page. Why I know it's correct? There's no notification showing that it's wrong. It keeps bringing me back to the main page where I have to key in mykad and password over and over again.

Hi, I've been trying to complete my profile but I failed. I don't know why after I checked the 'upload' button, the logo of yayasan appeared with a blue circle outside and it just kept turning and turning but no response at all, just continue to load. I had no choice, so i click the back button of my phone and it straight away asked me whether to stay or to exit. I've chosen to stay but the page end up no response, just loading and loading. I've also click exit then it straight away log me out.
