In the last 3 days, I've been trying to schedule an appointment for a reoccurring sinus infection. When trying to schedule a virtual visit for today, it'd show doctors available for today, but once I get to the time, it changes the date from today to June. Clicking on the 24/7 it says, "There was an error, try again later." it's had this error message for the last 3 days. Clicking on other tabs it makes you re-login and still sends you back to the home page repeatedly for any tab you click.

This app even after all the work done on it is still cumbersome. It's still too difficult to just bring up and look at your records and it shouldn't be that difficult! I should be able to navigate to a specific appointment and see everything that was generated (any and all care documents and such) and pull them up individually and then download them if I wish from that point. There are other issues too.

Update: Technical Support responded the next day with the mentioned issue resolved. I called them on another similar issue with loading insurance photos that was unknown to them. They are working on it. 👍🏻 Pages lock up and cannot scroll through the whole menu/pages. Things like the submit button and test results further down the page are not accessible because of this flaw in the app.
