Used to be okay but they updated recently, and now the interface is rather buggy. Pages don't load sometimes. I had to go to the website in order to pay a bill, which is something I used to be able to do in the app just fine, but not since I update. But more frustrating is that now there's this constant notification that says that it's running, even when I closed it several hours ago, and I can't dismiss the notification. And with notification vibrations, the phone vibrates every 5 seconds

9/27: Checked store and app was updated on 9/25 so I installed. All appears to be working and interface is improved. Updating to 4 stars. 9/17. Was very good until about a week ago, now it just starts and says it's down for maintenance and routes to the web site. Lots of folks having the same issue, but it does not appear there is any intent to fix the app. There is no software maintenance that takes 2 weeks.

Great app, very convenient. However, since the recent update (12/14ish), it has not worked on my Samsung phone anymore. It freezes when I try to access it. I've Uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It's been unavailable for over a week now. Sadly, I've really needed it to communicate with my doctor about my heart issues. Very inconvenient time to stop working. Will give it one more try. Then Uninstalling for good.
