Buggy UX mess. Instead of back or X closing a message and returning to the list of messages, it exits the app. Exiting the app logs you out, as does almost anything. The appointment reminders and test results are difficult to access or read, and the app does not improve communication with the office. Payment information is inaccurate. Horrible app.

App no longer works. I can log in and see the dashboard, but get an error when I click any option. I know 7 others who currently have the same issue, including my husband. This was a vital app for my family. UPDATE: If you turn off wi-fi, the app will function correctly. The issue is a conflict with wifi. The network being used doesn't seem to matter. I've tried it on several networks. But turning off wi-fi on your phone solves the issue and allows the app to function correctly.

Great app, very convenient. However, since the recent update (12/14ish), it has not worked on my Samsung phone anymore. It freezes when I try to access it. I've Uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It's been unavailable for over a week now. Sadly, I've really needed it to communicate with my doctor about my heart issues. Very inconvenient time to stop working. Will give it one more try. Then Uninstalling for good.
