TRACK AND MEASURE BLOOD LOSS
Each day record the intensity of your period and FlowCyclo will calculate your blood loss using the following methods:
● Pictogram-based method: Every time you change your sanitary product, record your blood loss using the pictures that best resembles your bleeding visible on your sanitary pad or tampon – works best with ALWAYS Ultra Thin®: normal, long, night pads and/or Lil-Lets Smartfit®: mini, regular, super, super plus tampons* because these were used for validation of this method. Sanitary products from other brands/manufacturers as well as menstruation cups unfortunately not suitable at the moment.
● Bleeding diary-based method: record your bleeding intensity from the past 24 h that best matches your perception – works with all brands/manufacturers of sanitary products
● You can check the volume of blood loss at any stage in the cycle
● Simple set up, just answer 5 questions on your period and cycle to start tracking
* You can use ALWAYS Ultra Thin®: normal, long, night pads and/or Lil-Lets Smartfit®: mini, regular, super, super plus tampons for the pictogram-based method. FlowCyclo is not promoting those brands, but it’s important to understand that the calculations in FlowCyclo are based on those products. Other brands may hold a different volume or have a different surface appearance after use, which can make the calculations less accurate.
