I am still required to complete identity verification and security questions during every single login attempt. Tech Support previously mentioned the app would learn my device and reduce these prompts over time. However, three months have passed without any change. Other financial applications manage this process much better by only requiring periodic verification. I suspect there is a specific compatibility issue with my phone that remains unaddressed but no support from Tech Support.

I want to preface that the bank itself is absolutely fantastic, the people who work at the Auburn branch are beyond helpful and amiable. This app however is horrendous, it forces you to answer the security questions every single login, the thumb ID function does not work, and the loading screens are incredibly slow.
