The mobile deposit feature is the worst. It takes 3-4 days for a deposit to supposedly post to your account. They will put it in a hold status for no reason which have resulted in overdrafts for no reason. I have another bank which posts almost immediately. Quite frankly this is enough to make me switch banks.
Does anyone know how to get rid of that AWFUL new app background of the horses????? It's too difficult to make out what is on the screen. The app constantly asks me to login with the password instead of fingerprint. Does the same thing on my new phone. Now since the new update, I have to hit the back button to get the quick view to display so I don't habe to login every time. Bc of the awful background, I find myself logging in on the web version mostly 😣
My biggest issue with this app is that I can't see my pending direct deposit. I have coworkers who have other banks and they can see their direct deposit days before it gets approved. But I won't know until actual pay day. Very frustrating
The app is not current with my account. I check it one day and every charge is posted. I check it the next day, 12 hours later and a whole lot more charges have posted out of no where. Very disappointed. I'm goung back to pen, paper and calculator to know what my actual balance is
Awful. Beyond awful. Every time I try to log in it locks my account (and yes, using the correct username and password). If this app was the printer from Office Space, I'd be smashing it.
Keep your money out this bank! The app doesn't give you accurate information. Example it'll say you have $50 when you really have $30. So you'll spend more money then you have and then get hit with fees. You'll have no idea what the fee is until you call them. Which they'll proceed to tell you they can't do anything about.
