4. Cardless Transaction feature through Setor Tarik menu → Cash withdrawal and cash deposit.
5. Transfer without hassle through QR menu → Send or receive money using QR

Buka Rekening Baru
Now you can open bank account anywhere just with your mobile phone. What you need to do to get your bank account is only by providing e-KTP, completing the form, and doing video call with our Customer Service Officer through BCA mobile application. After you done, you’ll get the success notification of your opening account; you might need to directly activate your mobile banking service (by creating PIN number for transaction) and deposit money to your account. Then you are ready to do any transaction with your BCA mobile application (m-BCA menu). You will also get KlikBCA account the day after you succeed creating your mobile banking PIN via email.

My network is stable, I tried on full bars with wifi and also mobile data. The problems came with version 4.7.0 of you app. I got a new phone android 15. download the app and still the same. It crashes within one second with no warning or error log. Not usable!!! The app crashes within one second. I don't come to the point we're I could use biometrics And please don't ask me to make a screenshot. It will be just the background image of my phone because the app crashes as soon as I open it

Very minimal features. It's like you didn't even trust your own app and expect ppl to come to your branch offices directly instead. I mean, why wouldn't you allow ppl to view their own older transaction histories? I guess bc if you ask for the transaction history from the branch office you'd have to PAY THEM, unlike most other banks which would provided it FREE OF CHARGE. At the end of the day, it's all about MONEY afterall

APP KEEPS CRASHING every time I tap the Flazz Card to my phone. Unable to read nor to do topup of the said Flazz Card. This happens since today's M-BCA app update. Please fix this.
