Hot garbage. Totally inconsistent. Only works as it should on rare occasions, usually just get blank screen after loading app. The desktop site doesn't work either, asking for biometrics when I'm using a desktop computer... If I had to use this app to pull up info in an emergency I would be SOL. With how much insurance companies make, it's insane how bad this app is. Tried force closing and clearing app cache, still nothing.

Ok app. Tends to freeze and shut down. Lately it won't even sign in. I usually end up going to the website. I ended up changing insurances. The app freezing was a huge drawback. Another issue was payments. Through the phone system you could pay with check, debit or credit. The app only supported checks and credit. For us on a budget using debit is how we manage. It didn't store payment info. either so you always have to re-enter which is frustrating and time consuming.

I've used the app and BlueFlex card part in January 2025 with no problems. Now, when trying to scan a product to see if it's on the approved list, the red line on the scanner continues to move up and down and doesn't give any information on the product. Also, I have to go through several steps in the app to get to the BlueFlex card. Please put a BlueFlex card button on the home screen. Don't make older people work so hard to get to something many of us use.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! There's a link to the FlexCard portal at the bottom of the homepage in the app (you may have to scroll side to side to see it). It can also be accessed in the Supplemental Benefits section of the Coverage page, along with a phone number for FlexCard support where you can report the issue with the Product Scanner.
