The app helped me out, my only advice is to make sure you have all of your account info set up correctly before hand when all of that is entered in and finalized the app is pretty easy to use Also, it would be great if the developer could add fingerprint unlocking to the app, that way if I'm sick and not feeling good, I don't necessarily need to worry about having to dig out my passwords to see the doc!

I've tried twice now to have a telehealth appointment through this app and both times the audio and video on the app wasn't working and the provider had to call me. This last time, the provider called me, but I just ended up getting their voicemail. Really crappy system. Blue Cross should use the $10,000 a year I pay them in insurance premiums to make an app that works!!!!!!

It was very easy to fill out the piliminary questions. The cost was very reasonable. The next doctor available was very kind and attentive. To not have to go to a clinic for minor things is priceless to me, when you don't feel good the last thing you want to do is get ready, drive to a clinic, and wait, and wait, and be around other sick people... No thank you. Also very convenient when you job requires the almighty doctors note, or else.
