I would give 0 stars if I could! Beware of paying on the app. I paid 1 bill(the first one after downloading) on the app and 2 months later I just had to pay a collection agency because my payment was NOT accepted and returned. I just got the refund following a email. I had no reason to believe it wasn't paid. I thought this was a wonderful idea. I was completely wrong. I hope no one else has this issue. Please check with your billing provider before checking it off.

The first thing you see when you enroll is "We are going digital". Then, when you download the BCBSTN app you see it is "under maintenance" and that has been for two months and counting. So to save money on ID cards, they produce an app that doesn't work, inconvenience the customers, and still get away high premiums!

I don't know if others are having the same problem I am, but when I go to the store to buy groceries and use their product scanner, it tells me the item is available to be bought and covered, then after getting everything I need and I scan everything with the product scanner a second time to make sure it's all covered, I go to pay and it declines and won't pay for any of it I know I'm at a store that accepts the card. It's so embarrassing to have to say sorry, but I can't pay for it and leave.
