Log in issues Was doing fine for a while. When it works, it's great. Now, it does not recognize my username and password. I reset my password and still does not recognize me.
DOES NOT WORK!!!!? The app will not work. You can not even log in. Uninstalling for the final time. I have tried this app 3 times over the past year. It has progressively gotten worse.
Same Problem, Different Day I just installed the app and like so many others who have commented, I was unable to login due to unrecognized user name. I work in Healthcare IT and the issues reported by everyone with this app should not be difficult to resolve, especially considering BCBS resources (IT, Programmers and Developers, etc.) The fact that this is still not resolved tells me 1 of 2 things. Either the reported issues are not being communicated to the proper department or somehow it is not seen as much of a priority.
Useless (for me) I tried to register and it says it doesn't recognize my subscriber ID number. I have my card right in front of me. Checked to see if I entered it correctly. Did. So, only thing to do now is uninstall.
Most useless app EVER Can't log in can't access anything login screen turns white and useless. Have read many of the previous reviews. This app is the stupidest one on my phone. Paying 362.01 to you a month for insurance. Fix the issue problems and get with it. Fire and hire some software developers
