This app is SO handy!! It puts all your claims and balances at your finger tips, up to the moment. It shows you more about your In Process claims than it does on the mobile web version or desktop version, which is awesome! It sometimes gives the message "can't connect to server", which sometimes is fixed by an uninstall/reinstall, sometimes not. You often can't log in on Sundays bc BCBST seems to do system maintainance that affects log in across all platforms. On my wish list for this app are push notifications for when a new claim starts or finishes processing! That would eliminate a lot of the checking when you're waiting for a claim.
Did not have any probs installing app...Have signed in numerous times with no problems! Was able to search for any doctor, hospital, and pharmacy! Was able to see my plan coverage with deductibles and copay amounts! Fantastic app...Works like its suppose to, thank you. I registered to blueaccess thru the app not on their website. Support told me the problem was using my phone instead of a desktop PC...But yet was able to register with phone thru app....He said it was the chrome app on phone because it wasn't the full version! Log in issues Was doing fine for a while. When it works, it's great. Now, it does not recognize my username and password. I reset my password and still does not recognize me.
DOES NOT WORK!!!!? The app will not work. You can not even log in. Uninstalling for the final time. I have tried this app 3 times over the past year. It has progressively gotten worse.
Same Problem, Different Day I just installed the app and like so many others who have commented, I was unable to login due to unrecognized user name. I work in Healthcare IT and the issues reported by everyone with this app should not be difficult to resolve, especially considering BCBS resources (IT, Programmers and Developers, etc.) The fact that this is still not resolved tells me 1 of 2 things. Either the reported issues are not being communicated to the proper department or somehow it is not seen as much of a priority.
