Since downloading the app in February 2025, I have to verify my identity EVERY TIME via my email AFTER signing in with my email and password. Additionally, each time I try to search for an in network provider it tells me that the app is experiencing technical difficulties and to try again later. This app is useless and not even worth downloading!

When I downloaded the app, it worked fine. Since the most recent update however, there are many functions of the app that just don't work anymore, and don't display any information. (Ex. "Sorry, but ID Card isn't available right now. Please try again later) The pay premium function is not working, the Id card is not working, and the dr categories is not working.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Beware of paying on the app. I paid 1 bill(the first one after downloading) on the app and 2 months later I just had to pay a collection agency because my payment was NOT accepted and returned. I just got the refund following a email. I had no reason to believe it wasn't paid. I thought this was a wonderful idea. I was completely wrong. I hope no one else has this issue. Please check with your billing provider before checking it off.
