This app is miserable. It won't open. If I can get it to load after multiple attempts it crashes within about 10 sec. I read the other reviews and it seems this app has been crashing like this for over a year. There is no reason that this should be acceptable. Blue Cross has no problem sending me mail nearly weekly (which I have told them I don't want) and texting me regarding membership things, but neither of these are any benefit because I can't access my account!!!

I'm receiving the same results as many other reviews state. I can't get past the 1st page, "Something went wrong" keeps popping up, even after uninstalling and reinstalling 2x now. This doesn't give me confidence in the insurance coverage I have. I hope it's not as faulty as the app seems to be since it represents them. It's in their best interest to fix this app.

The app isn't even displaying my correct policy it displays an id card from an inactive policy and there is nowhere in the app to correct that.
